★COVID vaccination is required. All registrants, exhibitors and staff will be required to provide proof of vaccination before the conference. ★

1. Entrants must register in advance their PCR certificate, vaccination certificate, and quarantine exemption certificate on the immigration system(Q-CODE) before the entry starting from March 21.

*Even if vaccination is completed overseas, if their vaccine is already registered in Korea and is confirmed through Q-CODE in Korea, their vaccine status is considered to be registered in Korea.

2. Overseas entrants are subject to submitting 3 Negative PCR results.

① Pre-entry: Showing a negative PCR result issued within 48 hours before boarding remains compulsory to enter the territory.

② Post-entry (1st day): Getting a PCR test at designated referral laboratories and hospitals in Korea.

③  Post-entry (6th ~ 7th day): Getting a RAT test via self-test kit or selective clinic.

3. To receive the quarantine exemption, one must be completely vaccinated, that is to say having received a 2nd shot within 180 days prior boarding, or having received a booster shot (no time limit after the booster shot).

4. Entrants from Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, and Myanmar are excluded from quarantine exemption even if they are fully vaccinated.

* A quarantine and monitoring period of 7 days remains necessary for non-vaccinated people and people whose vaccination is not complete.

[FAQs]

1. What if I cannot provide proof of vaccination (i.e., I have a medical exemption to the vaccine requirement)?
-> A negative COVID test will be required for entry to the congress.

2. What if I become symptomatic or test positive during the congress?

-> Tell the staff and refrain from going outside and call a health center or the call center first for counselling (dial to 1339 or area code + 120). Foreign language services are available. We will notify all attendees & exhibitors.

3. What if I notice an attendee or exhibitor not wearing a mask?

-> Please ask them to mask up. If they refuse, bring to the attention of congress and/or convention center staff. They will be asked to leave if they do not comply with the KSELS mask mandate.
